Hi, I'm Sarah Jane Hudson
I have a Masters in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy and a Postgraduate Certificate in the Therapeutic Arts, trained in counselling skills using creative arts.
I have a private practice in Sevenoaks where I see adults and children on a one to one basis, both face to face and online and I work in a secondary school one day a week as an art therapist. I am also an approved practitioner for Adoption Partnership Southeast.
I have five years' experience working for the NHS seeing patients who have experienced complex trauma, and five years' experience working for West Kent Mind. I am also trained in dyadic art therapy - working with children and parents together in the same space, focusing on their relationship.

I have an integrative training which means I can todraw on a range of therapeutic approaches so that our work is tailored to you. I combine talking therapy with creative processes to offer a warm, empathic and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever you wish to bring to therapy, at your own pace.
I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) as an integrative art psychotherapist. I am a member of the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT).
I am fully insured and registered with the ICO.
